Accent Wall Full Of Worlds To Explore

So I read.

And not just my own blogs.

There are few things in this world better than being able to detach from the hectic scheduling of day to day life and explore worlds beyond your wildest dreams.   Mostly because they're someone else's dreams that they have expertly crafted into a tangible story, with enough eloquence for you to join in on the adventure.

When it's spitting rain and on the wrong side of 60 degrees outside, they become even more appealing.

I've always been a fan of fantasy books myself.  Even tried writing one for a while.  The difficulties of creating an entire universe, currency, political system and population was too overwhelming.   That gave me an even larger appreciation for the masters of the art:  Tolkien, Brandon Sanderson, Jim Butcher, Lovecraft, Brian Jaques, C.S. Lewis.

If you haven't heard of those writers, you've got to work on that before 2017 is over.

Maybe fantasy/sci-fi isn't your thing.  I forgive you.   My grandmother loves reading about facts.   I don't mean non-fiction, I mean just facts.   Sometimes you'll find her flipping through a medicine journal.   True story.   Everyone has their niche.

Books are beautiful, and the way you collect them and display them in your home is not just for storage purposes.   They're able to make a statement.

Your educational collection can say "Look what I've learned along the way"

Your fantasy/sci-fi collection can say "I've been there, ask me about it"

Your leadership collection can say "I know how and I can teach you"

Your non fiction collection can say "I love to learn".

When you and I sit down to discuss building your dream house by one of the many builders I know in the Central Iowa area, let's make sure you can make that statement.   Besides, if we're planning your forever home, shouldn't we plan for that book collection to be able to grow?   It's more than just books (and the heaviest box when moving) and literature.   It's a reflection of you and what  you know.   Display it with pride!

My job is to help people make their dreams come true and learn as much as I can to make the buying and selling process more streamlined for my clients.

Your job is to do a Google image search for "in wall bookshelves" and let me know what you like so that when we're planning your dream house, you can display your library with pride.
